|Recommended: YesI was on a tight timeline trying to find a place and this ended up being the perfect fit. The leasing process was quick and straightforward. My application's screening came back instantly which is something that I've never previously experienced. The staff was nice and very friendly. They had an event going on at the time and even let me participate. I came in looking for an apartment, and left finding a home and having a full stomach Solid pricing for what you get and a good, safe environment. Haven't had any issues thus far.

|Recommended: YesHonestly one of the better places I've lived in Tallahassee. The pool area is really nice, and I love that its heated. It would be even better if it had jets in them like a jacuzzi. Management actually communicates and gets things handled, which is rare. They may send out a boat load of emails but I'd rather you do that and keep me appraised then not and leave me in the dark. You know Definitely recommend checking it out.

My apartment was ready and clean when I moved in, and the staff has been super helpful without ever being pushy. It's close enough to campus to make commuting relatively easy, but still calm enough to actually focus on studies. The property itself is a vibe and I've already had some friends over before a football game just hanging out with me. I appreciate the sense if safety and well-kept common areas. Overall, it's been pretty chill. Convenient enough for me location wise and its been pretty stress free.

|Recommended: YesI work full-time, so finding an apartment where I could actually focuses was a must. This place has been surprisingly perfect for that. It's quiet during the day, the Wi-Fi has been relable, and the overall atmosphere is calm without feeling isolated like some other complexes in Tallahassee. You'd be surprised how many apartments are hiding behind the trees. I hate that I couldn't hardwire in with the fiber connection, but the leasing office was helpful in assisting me to find an alternative way to get direct connection MY SOHO SAVED MY CAREER . My unit was clean when I moved in, and the staff has been easy to communicate with whenever I needed something. I like that the community feels safe and that everything is kept in good shape. It's been a comfortable setup for balancing work and life, and I've genuinely enjoyed living here

|Recommended: YesI've been here long enough to see how the place runs day to day, and what I appreciate the most s the consistency that I've seen from the front office. The property stays clean, the staff communicated clearly, and any issue I've had has been handled without drama unlike some of the other places I've lived It's lowkey and in the cut but also not out the way to where it takes me 15 minutes just to get out of the complex. The community is nice, my neighbors are cool and I'm happy. My apartment has held up well thankfully , the community itself is usually quiet at night, and so far it has been a dependable place to call home

I cannot tell you how many noisy properties I've lived at here in Tallahassee. I would've renewed but I'm getting transferred for work. Solid spot and if I ever do return to Tallahassee, this is going to be my first choice.

|Recommended: YesI toured the property earlier this week and was genuinely impressed. I remember when this place was a hotel just last year. They've definitely done alot to the place since then. The grounds were clean and the buildings looked well-kept. The atmosphere felt peaceful and calm, but I think that was because the parking lots were empty. The leasing staff was professional and easy to talk to. Clayton took me on a tour and walked me through everything without rushing or pressuring me. I've toured several places around Tallahassee, and this one definitely gave me the best first impression. I haven't decided where I am ultimately going to lease with yet but Swan's for sure going to be considered.
