|Recommended: YesI work in state government here in Tallahassee, and finding a place that's quiet, safe, and close enough to downtown without being in the middle of chaos was a priority for me. This community checked those boxes. It's not overly flashy, but it's clean, comfortable, and managed by people who actually communicate. I've had zero issues with noise and maintenance has shown up when needed without delay. I haven't used the gym yet but am looking forward to doing so. I need to get be more active and having something right here on property helps given my long hours. It has been a pleasant experience so far. Good job.

|Recommended: YesLiving here has honestly been a good move for me. The spot is close enough to campus but still chill enough where I can focus when I need to. The Wi-Fi stays fast, which is clutch for class and late-night study sessions, and the pool is a nice break when I actually get free time. I'm really just waiting for them to open that bar on game days for me and the guys. Overall though, management is cool and not as annoying as a lot of the other properties that I've stayed at. It feels safe and my neighbors are pretty laid-back. Way better than my last apartment. GO NOLES

|Recommended: YesMy daughter began attending Florida A M as a transfer student this semester. We're from Miami and are new to Tallahasseee. I wanted to put her in a nice neighborhood, not too far from campus but also not too close to where she would be too distracted with the party life of FSU and FAMU. We chose this place because of it's location and when we toured, we were pleasantly surprised. The property is gated and as a parent, this really helped put me at ease. I know my daughter is capable of taking care of herself but nonetheless, I will always worry about her safety. The property was well kept, there was a bunch of people using the pool and just out and about on the property, which was refreshing considering every other property we've been to seemed like a ghost town. The property manager and leasing agent were very sweet and helpful throughout the entire process. My daughter just moved in this past weekend and she loved her unit. She feels safe and comfortable which is all I can truly ask.

|Recommended: YesNot gonna lie, I was stressing about finding a place last minute, but the leasing crew here made it way easier. They're super chill, answer emails and calls fast, and don't make you feel dumb for asking questions. I had another apartment lined up closer to FSU before the beginning of this Fall semester but it fell through last second and I was panicking. My parents were pissed at me for not having prepared myself and my accommodations properly and classes started in less than a week. THANKFULLY, they were able to get me an immediate move-in. My setup is nice. The unit was cleaned well whenever I moved in. I haven't had much of any complaints. I'm just thankful to have a home.

|Recommended: YesHonestly, I’ve been really happy living here. The apartment itself is nice and comfortable, and I feel safe around the community. The staff is super easy to work with — anytime I’ve needed something they’ve been quick to respond and helpful. Maintenance also gets things done without any hassle. No complaints so far, glad I picked this place.

|Recommended: YesThe leasing team and management here honestly make all the difference. From the first time I walked in, they treated me like more than just a tenant - they actually listened and cared about what I needed. Anytime I've had a question or needed help, they've been quick, kind, and easy to work with. You can tell they really put effort into making this place a great place to live, and that makes me feel at home. My apartment was brand new. I was the first person to live in it so that was a plus. All of my appliances were brand new and they even mounted my television for me. So far so good, I have no complaints.

|Recommended: YesThis property is so underrated, its insane. I needed an immediate move-in and from the beginning, everyone was professional, welcoming and seemed genuine in their want to help. Any questions or concerns that I've had were handled quickly and with care. I've lived all around Tallahassee, in some good spots and in some bad spots. Here, it's clear that they truly value their residents and take pride in keeping the community well-managed. There is still some construction going on with the renovations but the lobby looks GREAT I can't wait until its done

He made sure everything was ready for my arrival and took the stress out of moving. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and warm, welcoming attitude.
